Beef Stew recipes - Betty crocker old fashioned beef stew

1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cubed
1 large onion, diced
6-8 potatoes, chopped
3-4 carrots, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Garlic salt
Ground cloves

Method of cooking Betty crocker beef stew recipe

Roll beef pieces in flour and brown in skillet. Season with garlic salt and cloves while browning.

In large pot combine 1/2 with water, 1 teaspoon bouillon and onion. Let simmer for 2 or 3 hours, add carrots and potato. Add 1/2 stick butter and simmer until vegetables are fully cooked.
