Chicken Noodle Soup

Today I had some chicken noodle soup at Bistro West in the District (Tustin) and it was pretty tasty but not quite as good as my usual recipe. You see chicken noodle soup must be brothy and this one was more thick creamy, think the filling of a chicken pot pie…delicious none the less…but not the same. Here is my simple Chicken Soup Recipe: Saute the Onions in some EVOO add the other vegetables after 5 mins or so. After another 5 min add the broth, rosemary, and chicken, and simmer for 20 min. Then add the noodles and cook until soft.

1 qt. Low -Sodium Chicken Broth
1- Rottisere Chicken
Egg Noodles
Baby Carrots
Celery
Red Potatoe
Rosemary
Onion
